Operating Standards & Liability
At ALPHA WAREHOUSE RENTALS LLC, we take the responsibility of your cargo seriously. But how do we define the limits? Our liability regarding freight transportation is governed by standard industry protocols and specific Alabama jurisdiction clauses.
Essentially, while we employ the highest safety standards in transit, our total exposure is limited to established valuation rates unless additional insurance is explicitly brokered. We're not just moving boxes; we're managing risks. Does your current provider offer this level of detail? We doubt it.
Jurisdiction
All contracts and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Dothan, AL. We play by the local rules.
Warehousing
Storage agreements are based on monthly cycles. Cargo remaining beyond the contract term is subject to lien as per Alabama code.
Electronic Consent

Forwarding & Transit Rules
